MATT SMITH MEMORIAL DECAL

Matthew Charles Smith was a dear friend and local legend. A kind, artistic, gregarious person, Matt In the Hat, as he was called, started a Facebook page to provide help for recovering addicts. He was a humanitarian and animal lover. He cared about all living creatures and gave everything he had to help those around him. On January 12th, 2018, just two days before his 35th birthday, Matt passed from this world. To honor his memory, I created the Matt in the Hat decal. So loved was this man, that it took less than 24 hours to create his logo, organize volunteers to donate vinyl, get the first batch of 100 printed, and take in more than $1,500 in orders. All proceeds from this design have been donated to Matt's mother to help with funeral costs and to keep his charitable spirit alive.
